Auramine O Certified CAS: 2465-27-2 | MF: C17H22ClN3 | MW: 303.83, Part Number S10026, Buy Histological Stains & Dyes for Histology, Cytology, Microbiology, Hematology & Biology Lab from TriStains at Chemical World.

.

Auramine O certified is a fine yellow crystalline powder. Its chemical formula is C17H21N3 · HCl. Auramine O is also known as Basic yellow 2, 4,4?-(Imidocarbonyl)bis(N,N-dimethylaniline) monohydrochloride and Pyocatanium aureum. It is a diarylmethane dye. It is soluble in water and ethanol. Auramine O is preferred in acid-fast staining because it has fluorescence properties, making it easier to detect under a fluorescence microscope. Certified dyes are often tested and validated for specific applications to ensure consistent and reliable performance.

TriStains provides a marketplace for histology and biological stains, which is comprehensive enough to encompass the peculiar requirements of laboratories specializing in Histology, Cytology, Microbiology, and Hematology. With a reputation for exceeding quality expectations.

TriStains chromatic performance is outstanding which allows for resolution of cell and tissue components fundamental to life sciences to be clearly visualized. Each product under TriStains series is validated for accuracy, reliability and consistency. TriStains, which manufactures and markets stains and indicators in various packing, offers laboratories turn key solutions for all their staining and indicator needs, improving accuracy in every experiment.

Application :

  • Auramine O has been used to study the cuticle/cutin in the epidermis of the pollen presenter in Vangueria infausta.
  • It is used for the staining of acid-fast organisms, coccidia.
  • It is also possible to make a fluorescent variant of the Schiff reagent by using Auramine O.

Benefits :

  • Enhanced visualization
